With more than 20 years’ experience in education, Lucy has worked with schools, families, and organisations both locally and internationally. She is a consultant for the Institute of Montessori Training (USA) and regularly delivers talks and workshops for parents, educators, and school communities. She has recently delivered a series of workshops for IKEA Family and frequently presents at summits, conferences, and other global events.
Beyond schools, Lucy collaborates with community organisations and businesses to support families, including delivering parenting talks and events in partnership with IKEA. She also hosts a family-focused radio programme (soon to become a podcast), where she explores topics such as child development, parenting, and intentional living.
Through all her work, Lucy is passionate about strengthening the connection between home and school, helping communities create environments where every child – and every adult – feels seen, valued, and capable.
