This really depends on a few factors, such as the amount of items and size of each room, the decision-making process, the endurance of the client (as you suspect, this can be an exhausting yet rewarding process!), the household dynamics (many clients work from home and are often busy working so that can slow down the process sometimes…), and a few other reasons.
What I usually advise my clients is to be patient and kind to themselves and the process. One thing is for sure: there will always be progress in every session, so you can be sure your space will always look and feel better than how it was!
How can organising my space help with ADHD or Autism?
Organising your environment can help reduce sensory overload, boost focus, and create a calming space that supports emotional regulation, creativity, executive functioning, and how you manage your time and energy. Our surroundings play a big role in shaping our mood and wellbeing—this is especially true for neurodivergent individuals, for whom a thoughtfully arranged space can make a noticeable difference.
What’s the difference between a done-for-you and a done-with-you session?
A done-for-you session involves me organising your space independently, while a done-with-you session is collaborative, empowering you to learn and implement strategies that work for you and those who you share the space with.
Ideally, the done-for-you sessions would always have moments where you would contribute to the session as understanding your style and ensuring you are keeping what is truly meaningful to you is crucial to the success of this process!
Are virtual sessions available?
Yes, I offer virtual sessions tailored to your needs, providing flexibility and support regardless of location! Just ask me what your goals and needs are, and we will find a way to work around your routine, even virtually!
Can you help with organising workspaces or school environments?
Absolutely! I specialise in creating organised, functional spaces in homes, work environments, and educational settings, tailored to support everyone, including neurodivergent individuals (children and adults).
I completely understand this feeling and that is exactly why I am here! I want you to be able to enjoy your home and take pride in it. I would love to see your home become that place where you can create beautiful memories with your loved ones and that works really well for you and your lifestyle.
I would never judge you or your house. Consider me as a kind friend who will help you reconquer your space and live a more meaningful life.
Simple, right?
Absolutely! I am always going to do my best to make this process as smooth as possible for you. As much as I would love to work side-by-side with my clients 100% of the time, I appreciate that this process can be exhausting and overwhelming. For this reason, my approach blends done-for-you and done-with-you moments, giving you some time and space to go through this process in a gentle yet efficient manner.
I see where you're coming from. My question to you is: How much would you pay to regain some peace of mind and to reconquer your space, using it the way you have always dreamed of?
Your home is probably one of your most valuable assets and it should be cherished and honoured as such.
We will ensure that items that have good market value and are easy to sell can be sold on online platforms or at specialist shops. However, it is important to disclose that most of the time, it is simply easier and more efficient to donate these items whenever possible. Keep focused on your initial goal and everything will fall into place.
I want to get organised but don’t know where to start. It all feels too overwhelming!
100%! As a professional, I can assess your space, your goals, needs and struggles so we can decide on where and how to start decluttering. Have I told you that decluttering will always be the first step we take towards a more organised and simplified life? You can be sure I got you covered!
